- Educate the general public regarding the many connections between fitness and health;
- To promote and facilitate the participation of the public, especially young people and people with disabilities in fitness and sports
- To provide opportunities for young people to develop crucial lessons and values including wholesome character, fitness, teamwork, cooperation, competition, and an overall striving for excellence;
- To provide an alternative to unsupervised activities in which youth “at risk” can and do get into trouble or difficulties including crime and drug abuse;
- To use sports and athletic activities involving people from all countries and cultures in the building of bridges in communication and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
